Design Services

End result will be onsite workshops with all customer stakeholders, document the current state and required state of the customer IT infrastructure, systems, services and processes.

End result after the service will be a document that identifies all major components of the solution and how those components conceptually work together to achieve customer requirement. It includes the architecture to get to the present state to intended state including infrastructure, systems, services and processes.

End result after the service will be a document with all the details needed for the implementation of the high-level design including configuration, security, performance, and scalability parameters.

This will be a working model set up at a lab or customer location to simulate the solution with scalability requirements before the actual deployment can take place.

Deployment Services

Site surveys that will help the technical planning, physical installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment.
Post installation technical assessment services ensure that the technology is properly installed, deployed.

Carrying out integration/migration of systems, networks, communications, and any other required components specified in the low-level design.
Additional step by step implementation/migration procedures such as Network Implementation/Migration Plans, Methods of Procedures etc. would be carried out as and when needed.

Tests that would be carried out to ensure the readiness for live production environment after the configuration, integration & migration services.

Knowledge transfer to the customer teams to enable them to support the new solution during operations.
Sign off and make available all of the required documentation and information at the successful conclusion of the project.
